Six weeks is enough to become comfortable with Python if you practise a little every day. The secret is building small things early.
Weeks 1–2: the basics
Variables, types, input and output, conditions and loops. Write tiny programs: a tip calculator, a number guessing game.
Weeks 3–4: data and functions
Lists, dictionaries and functions. Build a word counter, then refactor it into functions.
Weeks 5–6: a real project
Pick something you care about, such as a habit tracker, and finish it. Sit the Spark Certified Python Foundations exam when you feel ready.
