Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refund and cancellation rules for paid Spark Academy services.
1. General
Spark Academy aims to show clear prices, product descriptions and applicable refund terms before payment. This policy applies to paid courses, examinations, events and other paid services unless a product page states a more specific rule.
2. Digital course refunds
Unless a product-specific rule says otherwise, a refund request for a digital course should be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. A refund may be considered where the service has not been substantially used. Course progress, assessments, projects, certificate issuance and other meaningful use may be considered.
3. Examination fees
Examination fees may be refundable before an attempt is started, subject to any scheduled-exam deadline. Once an examination has been materially attempted or completed, the fee is generally non-refundable except where required by law or where Spark Academy cannot provide the purchased service.
4. Event cancellations
A paid event may have a product-specific cancellation cut-off. If none is shown, requests received before the event may be considered based on delivery status and operational costs. If Spark Academy cancels an event, the applicable paid registration amount will be refunded or another remedy will be offered as appropriate.
5. Duplicate or incorrect charges
If you believe you were charged more than once or charged for an order that did not complete correctly, contact support with the order reference so the transaction can be reconciled with the payment provider.
6. Failed payments
A failed or cancelled payment does not grant paid access. If a bank debit appears but Spark Academy shows an unsuccessful order, contact support with the order or payment reference so we can investigate.
7. Refund requests
Use the Contact page and include your name, account email, order reference, product name, payment date and a brief description. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or CVV values.
8. Processing
Approved refunds are initiated through the payment method or payment provider used for the transaction, subject to the provider's processing timelines. Spark Academy will communicate the decision and, where applicable, the refund reference.
9. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights relating to defective, deficient, misrepresented or undelivered services where applicable.
